I started playing DND about a month ago and didnt know how it was going to go, now I'm playing 5 times a week and its a fucking great time. We started playing through roll 20 which was good for everything that's going on now and we have moved to playing in person. I love the whole concept of its basically choose your own adventure. I started live streaming my adventure on twitter but when It kinda took a life of its own and I got more into it I made a different account. I think I will still tweet it but I will for sure post it here.

Our mage (Ara) trying to figure out how lighting works with a phone charger cord
Part 2
She is still trying to figure out the right line and position of her lighting.
This big battle was ten days ago so I don't remember much about it. We arrived here at Triboar after a random encounter with a giant wizard that dropped us off in this town. It was late so in real life and in game we rested. We picked up the next day and as our heroes woke up we heard loud footsteps and rushed outside to see two fire giants and a bunch of other creatures destroying the town. In this battle we were told by our DM that we would be controlling some NPC and was very different. We had to keep our main character alive as our NPCs. I had the pretty boy so I didnt move him much and I think he died. I don't know. In the end we defeat the fire giants and learn that they were looking for something but they didn't find it.

Noanar's Hold
Noanar's Hold
After that big battle we rest and venture on and complete some more side quests. One quest had us going to Noanar's Hold to drop off a item. When we get to the hold we drop off the item but something doesn't seem right. The dwarve there is acting kind of weird and I suspect something is off by this place. I don't tell the others and we return to the inn. Then I finally speak up and we return back to the hold this time nobody is around. The rest of the group think this is a lost cause but I know better. So Ara cast spider legs on me and I crawl up the side and gain entry to the hold. The hold is dark and no light is visible. All the windows are boarded up and nobody is around. My stealth is low, so I try to move around slowly and the rest of the group decided it was time to join me as I dont have dark sight and they don't think I can do it alone. With my group in the hold we all sense that something is wrong but nobody wants to do anything. I continue to explore the hold by myself and find the Hunt Lord. A group of wraiths that are holding the town hostage by riding out at night and killing anybody who goes out at night we later find out. The thing about these thing is that they don't like the light and are very hard to kill. They can move in and around anybody. This makes for a very difficult fight. Luckily we have a cleric who knows what he is doing so it makes the battle easier.

After we encountered the singing hill giant we moved on and went to the dwarves stronghold. The king gave us a guest to investigate a cave that was overrun by fire giants. I'm always the one that does not want to take any quest without the reward first. The king tells us that if we do this for him and bring the head of the fire giant he will build us our own tower. That would be nice but makes new problems for us. I'm wondering what of weapons I can get. We leave and make our way for the cave but before we get there we see to big door. We see the big door. We see a fire giant and two hobgoblins approach the door. The fire giant says something in his language and the door opens and close behind him. Since we don't speak the language we take the side of the mountain and see a cave opening with a pit in the back. Inside of this pit was filled with bones, bones of travelers from long ago. Ara and bree are the smallest and go to digging. I know this is home to something bigger and start to look out. They began to dig in the bones finding some good rewards but rewards don't count if you dead. The DM tell me to roll a initiative check and then tells me that I see a damn chimera coming for us. Anybody that knows DND know I see him first and nobody else know what happening. He lands and we fight. Its pretty scary battle with the damn creature flying and has three fucking heads. We beat him and move on into the main part of the cave. Here we see that slaves are working the water wheel and if we free them then the fire giants we know something is wrong. We put our sneaking hats on get and pass the middle level of this cave but we were really beat up from the chimera and this battle sowe go back to the chimera cave and take a long rest.
Encountered a female singing hill giant.
Had to explore a mountain to save some slaves from the fire giants.
